2023 has been a great year for RLC Residences, as the residential division of Robinsons Land Corporation received multiple trophies from the prestigious DOT Property Southeast Asia Awards held last December 14 at Bangkok, Thailand.

The award-giving body recognized RLC Residences as the Best Lifestyle Developer across Southeast Asia, in acknowledgement to the developer’s condominium projects that features amenities and facilities inspired by its customers’ needs and lifestyle. Its two premium developments Le Pont Residences in Bridgetowne East, Pasig City and Mantawi Residences in Mandaue City, Cebu were awarded Southeast Asia’s Best Luxury Condominium and Best High-End Lifestyle Developments, respectively.

Both Le Pont Residences and Mantawi Residences are awarded under Luxury Condominium and High-End Lifestyle Condominium categories - in consideration of the developments’ premium features such as generously-spaced, future-ready units and hyper-sized amenities.

Organized by the DOT Property Group, the DOT Property Awards honors leading real estate developers and projects based on their offerings and features. The award-giving body is now on its 8th year of recognizing the best of the best acros Southeast Asia.
