Early in the year, people at Robinsons Land began to notice small changes in how work was discussed. Something in the organization’s rhythm had shifted, quietly but unmistakably.
That shift traced back to a direction set months earlier. When Mybelle V. Aragon-GoBio stepped into her role as President and CEO, her message was clear and repeated often: One RLC. Not as a rallying cry for a single moment, but as a way of operating. She spoke openly about discouraging silos and moving away from the kanya-kanya thinking, especially in an organization as complex and diverse as Robinsons Land. As she put it, “When our businesses work together, each one strengthens the other and the whole development becomes far more valuable than the sum of its parts.”
Collaboration became the goal.
As the year unfolded, each business unit continued to pursue its own priorities, but the way success was understood began to change. Robinsons Malls leaned into sustainability and renewal, upgrading spaces and introducing first-in-the-market concepts that reshaped the local retail experience. Robinsons Hotels and Resorts doubled down on hospitality by heart, where Filipino warmth was not a promise but a practice felt in service, design, and care. Robinsons Offices continued building premium, sustainable workplaces that bring jobs closer to home and help Filipinos spend more time with their families. RLC Residences focused on elevated, future-ready living—building homes that support life’s next chapters. Across Robinsons Destination Estates, diverse communities were brought together within thoughtfully planned townships that balance work, leisure, and everyday life. Behind the scenes, Robinsons Logistix and Industrials Inc. quietly powered growth, providing the infrastructure that allows businesses to expand and operate with confidence. Individually, these efforts moved their respective businesses forward. Taken together, they became part of a larger, shared story of progress.
That connection became visible in the results.
Shared Standards Seen Beyond Home

Robinsons Land secured its fourth consecutive Best Developer title at PropertyGuru Philippines, along with multiple distinctions across development and design, underscoring a culture built on consistent standards and long-term thinking. Beyond the local stage, RLC represented Filipino talent in a global platform. Seven regional distinctions at PropertyGuru Asia, including recognition as Best Luxury Developer, placed its work in a broader context. For employees, these recognitions affirmed that their work resonated well outside their immediate environments.
A Shared Direction Carried Forward

Guiding these achievements was a long-term view. Mybelle V. Aragon-GoBio’s 5-25-50 roadmap set a clear target of delivering P25 billion in net income, aligned with Robinsons Land’s 50th anniversary in 2030. Within the organization, the vision became a shared reference point, signaling confidence in the people expected to carry the company forward. Strong quarterly performance throughout the year reinforced that trust, reflecting clearer alignment and coordination across teams.
A Shared Way of Shining as One RLC

Collaboration became more visible across Robinsons Land, and recognition became more collective. A win in one business unit was increasingly understood as the product of many roles, many hands, and many decisions made along the way. For employees motivated by belonging and pride, this shift changed how success felt. It was no longer something observed from a distance—it was something they could claim as their own.
Human Resources helped turn the idea of One RLC into something employees could actually feel. What had long lived in leadership conversations took shape in everyday experiences across the organization. As Head of Human Resources Fatima Olaguer explains, “This year was when One RLC became visible. From milestone celebrations to everyday engagement programs, we began organizing everything with a shared mindset. It was reinforced early on and carried through the year, shaping how people experienced the organization.”
This carries particular meaning as Robinsons Land marks 45 years of building better lives. Over nearly five decades, the company has grown by shaping spaces that support communities and everyday living. 2025 served as a reminder that those spaces are sustained by people who believe in what they are building and who understand that progress is strongest when it is shared.
Inside a year defined by collective effort, Robinsons Land’s story is less about individual triumphs and more about alignment. About people choosing to move together. About a company learning, in real time, what it means to shine as one.
