THE SAPPHIRE BLOC BY ROBINSONS LAND CORPORATION AWARDED AS BEST CONDO DEVELOPMENT IN THE PHILIPPINES BY PHILIPPINES PROPERTY AWARDS 2015

Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) claimed this year’s Best Mid-Range Condo Development (Metro Manila) and Best Condo Development (Philippines) for its project in Ortigas Center, The Sapphire Bloc. RLC, together with other winners from different categories will be showcased and will compete at the South East Asia Awards grand finals in Singapore.

The Sapphire Bloc is a four-tower modern Art Deco architecture that stands out on the Ortigas skyline. It is ideally located within the Ortigas Business District where shopping malls, office and condominium skyscrapers, building complexes, and leisure establishments are nearby. The Philippine Property Awards, now on its third year, recognizes the country’s high caliber and outstanding developments which were carefully selected by a panel of esteemed judges.
