Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA) is the Latest Government Agency to Operate inside Robisnons Malls Lingkod Pinoy Center

Overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) will now experience convenience and ease in processing their travel tax payment/s or exemption/s and receiving their travel tax refund when they visit Robinsons Malls Lingkod Pinoy Center. This was made possible through a partnership between Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) and the Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA) allowing the latter to operate satellite offices in several Robinsons Malls nationwide. The first satellite office will be located at the second floor of Robinsons Cagayan de Oro. Operating hours will be from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM., Monday to Friday.

TIEZA is an agency attached to the Department of Tourism (DOT) mandated to designate, regulate and supervise the tourism enterprise zone (TEZs).

Robinsons Malls is the first and only shopping mall chain that offers important national government agencies and offices, related services to its shoppers and mallers. Housed inside Robinsons Malls Lingkod Pinoy Center are several government agencies including, DFA, NBI, Pag-ibig, PhilHealth, SSS, GSIS, PhilPost, LTO, LRA, TESDA, the Bureau of Immigration, DTI-SB Corp, and SEC . Robinsons Malls continues to host registration and biometrics in preparation for the 2016 National Elections.

Currently, there 27 Robinsons Malls Lingkod Pinoy Centers and 6 more are slated to open by 2016. These new Centers will be located in Robinsons Place General Trias (Cavite), Robinsons Ilocos, Robinsons Galleria Cebu, Robinsons Place Tacloban, Robinsons Place Jaro and Robinsons Place Tagum (Davao).
