Robinsons Iloilo, Robinsons Land’s full-service lifestyle mall at the heart of Iloilo City, served as the venue for the Government-Owned or -Controlled Corporations’ (GOCCs) Service Caravan, a one-stop initiative designed to bring government services closer and make them more accessible to Filipinos.
Led by the Department of Finance (DOF), the two-day event brought together 19 government agencies, giving Iloilo residents convenient access to a range of public services in one location. The event was free and open to the public.
Held at the mall’s Fountain Area on October 6 and 7, the caravan offered assistance across various government services, including civil registry, social protection, health, livelihood, agriculture, and financial services. Residents were able to seek assistance with membership concerns, loan applications, benefits and claims inquiries, postal services, vehicle registration, and other government transactions.

Participating agencies include the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth), Social Security System (SSS), Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), Pag-IBIG Fund, Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC), Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP), and Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP), among others.
With the theme “Serbisyo sa Bayan, Hatid ng GOCCs, Kaakbay ang DOF,” the Caravan brings frontline government services directly to communities by setting up service booths in widely accessible locations. Following the first GOCC Caravan held at Robinsons Manila in 2025, the initiative continued this year at Robinsons Iloilo, bringing essential services closer to communities in Iloilo.

As a long-time partner of the government through its Lingkod Pinoy Centers, Robinsons Malls provides convenient and accessible spaces within its malls where the public can access essential government services and transact with various government agencies in one location. By bringing these services closer to communities, the initiative helps make government transactions more convenient, accessible, and safe for Filipinos, while reinforcing Robinsons Malls’ role as a trusted community hub.
