More Filipinos can soon take a confident step toward the future they are building as Robinsons Land and Pag-IBIG Fund strengthen their partnership to give homebuyers greater confidence and flexibility as they plan for homeownership.
Robinsons Land Corporation signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Pag-IBIG Fund on Monday, October 5, 2026, paving the way for more projects of its residential division, RLC Residences, to undergo accreditation under the government-owned corporation’s enhanced financing packages.
The partnership brings together two important pieces of the homeownership journey: quality homes in strategic locations from RLC Residences and financing support from Pag-IBIG Fund that can give qualified members another pathway toward owning a home that fits their needs and aspirations.
The partnership comes as Pag-IBIG Fund increases its housing loan ceiling to P10 million, from the previous P6 million, in support of the government’s Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino, or Expanded 4PH Program, which aims to enable more Filipinos to have their own homes.
Pag-IBIG Fund also announced promotional rates of 4.5% for loans of up to P4.9 million and 5.75% for loans above P4.9 million until year-end. Both these rates are fixed for the next three years.
These offers provide qualified homebuyers with a more competitive financing option as they plan for and pay for their homes, giving them greater flexibility and confidence as they take steps toward homeownership.
This aligns with Robinsons Land’s mission to cater to more Filipino families and help them move toward a brighter future through RLC Residences homes and communities in strategic locations, with thoughtful amenities and carefully designed living spaces.
“Today, through Pag-IBIG’s upgraded financing facilities—featuring expanded loan limits and accessible rates—and the strong alignment with DHSUD under the 4PH program, we are finally bridging that gap between homeownership dreams and actual financial capacity that has kept far too many families from securing a place of their own,” Robinsons Land President and CEO Mybelle V. Aragon-Gobio said.
Pag-IBIG Fund CEO Marilene Acosta echoed her sentiment: “Lower monthly payments help families sustain their housing loan repayments while leaving more room in their budget for other necessities, savings and plans for the future. We want our members to find a home that suits their family and their budget, with affordable home financing they can rely on from Pag-IBIG Fund.”
Bringing the partnership closer to home
The partnership opens the way for qualified Pag-IBIG members to explore more RLC Residences communities as the developments progress through the accreditation process.
Among the first RLC Residences developments undergoing accreditation is Cirrus, the division’s latest ready-for-occupancy (RFO) project. Located within Robinsons Land’s expansive Bridgetowne estate, Cirrus provides convenient access to Quezon City and Pasig City, while bringing together high-grade offices, Opus Mall, event and leisure spaces, and extensive parklands.
As one of the RLC Residences developments undergoing accreditation for Pag-IBIG Fund financing, Cirrus offers a concrete example of the quality homes and strategically located communities that qualified Pag-IBIG members may soon explore, subject to accreditation and applicable terms and conditions.
For those nearing turnover, Pag-IBIG Fund financing may also provide an option for covering the remaining balance of their home, allowing them to manage this payment through monthly installments, subject to Pag-IBIG Fund’s evaluation and applicable guidelines.
Moreover, under the MOU, home-matching activities, housing fairs, member briefings and online promotions will be held to help Pag-IBIG members explore RLC Residences homes that may suit their needs and preferences as the accreditation process progresses.
Housing loan counseling and assistance with documentary requirements will also provide guidance in evaluating their home options, loan application, and loan approval, subject to Pag-IBIG Fund’s evaluation and applicable guidelines.
More RLC Residences homes to choose from
Pag-IBIG members looking to move forward to an RLC Residences home will soon have more projects to explore, with 9 more RLC Residences developments currently undergoing accreditation for Pag-IBIG Fund housing loans.
These include Aurora Escalades, Gateway Regency Studios, Woodsville Crest Oak, Acacia Escalades Tower B, Chimes Greenhills, Radiance Manila Bay South Tower, Sierra Valley Gardens, The Sapphire Bloc East Tower, and SYNC S-Tower.
As these developments progress through the accreditation process, qualified Pag-IBIG members will have more RLC Residences communities to consider, subject to accreditation, applicable terms and conditions, and availability.
For homebuyers, having more choices and financing options can make the journey toward homeownership feel more within reach. With RLC Residences providing quality homes and Pag-IBIG Fund providing financing support, the partnership gives Filipinos another way to approach one of life’s biggest decisions with greater confidence.
Ultimately, it is about helping more Filipinos take that next step toward the future they envision—with a quality RLC Residences home and trusted support along the way.
