Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) has officially launched RLC CoLab, its first research and co-creation community designed to bring customers, residents, employees, and guests closer to the way RLC creates spaces, services, and experiences. 

Launched in October 2026, RLC CoLab is a voluntary, opt-in research community that gives Filipinos a direct channel to share their perspectives with one of the country’s leading property developers. Members may be invited to participate in surveys, focus group discussions, one-on-one interviews, and other research activities, with their insights helping inform decisions across RLC’s businesses, including Robinsons Malls, Robinsons Residences, Robinsons Hotels & Resorts, Robinsons Land Commercial, and Robinsons Sports & Leisure. 

Your Voice, Our Decisions 

At the heart of RLC CoLab is a simple idea: better decisions start with listening to the people who actually live, work, shop, stay, and play in RLC spaces. 

“Every perspective adds a piece,” the team behind RLC CoLab shared. “Through this community, we want to give Filipinos a real seat at the table, not just as customers, but as co-creators of the experiences RLC builds.” 

Community members will be matched with research studies based on their profile, experiences, and location. Those selected to participate in and complete a study will receive a participation reward as a thank-you for their time and perspective. 

There is also something to look forward to from the moment they join. As part of the launch, those who sign up for the RLC CoLab research pool get a chance to win ₱1,000 GoTyme credits, with 10 winners to be selected. 

1st Stop: Metro Cebu 

RLC CoLab’s first research study is focused on Metro Cebu, reflecting RLC’s continued investment and growing presence in the Visayas. 

Cebu-based members who join the community may be invited to participate in the study, which will explore experiences, needs, preferences, and perspectives relevant to RLC’s growing portfolio in the area. 

Residents, employees, customers, and guests connected to RLC properties across Metro Cebu, including Cebu City, Mandaue, Lapu-Lapu, and surrounding communities, are especially encouraged to sign up. 

Those outside Metro Cebu can join too. They will remain part of the broader RLC CoLab research pool and may be invited to participate in future studies as the community expands to more locations and areas of interest. 

How to Join 

Joining RLC CoLab is free and takes just a few minutes. 

Members simply complete the sign-up form, agree to the community’s privacy and confidentiality terms, and provide basic profile information that will help RLC match them with relevant research opportunities. 

RLC CoLab is designed in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, or the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Personal information collected through the community is stored securely within RLC’s Microsoft 365 environment and will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
