Robinsons Offices, the office development and leasing arm of Robinsons Land, has broken ground on Bridgetowne One, a 29-story office tower that will add 51,400 square meters of gross leasable area (GLA) to Bridgetowne Destination Estate in Quezon City, marking another milestone in the company's growth strategy and reinforcing Bridgetowne's emergence as one of Metro Manila's fastest-growing business districts.

Scheduled for completion in 2028, the premium development builds on an established office presence within the estate. Robinsons Offices already has seven developments in Bridgetowne, with more than 295,000 square meters of GLA. Bridgetowne will bring its footprint there to approximately 347,000 square meters, further strengthening Bridgetowne’s position as one of the largest and most integrated office destinations in Metro Manila and enhancing its appeal as a business address for multinational corporations and IT-BPM companies.

Robinsons Land executives and partner contractors mark the unveiling of Bridgetowne One, the latest office development in Bridgetowne's growing business district, with a celebratory wine toast.

Mybelle V. Aragon-GoBio, President and CEO of Robinsons Land, emphasized the role of the development in Bridgetowne's continued transformation. "Bridgetowne One is not simply another office building. It is an investment in the future of this estate and in the people and organizations that will help shape it," she said. "Every workplace has a larger impact beyond the space it occupies. It enables businesses to grow, create opportunities for professionals, and contribute to the continued development of communities and local economies."

The project will also extend Robinsons Offices' leadership in the Quezon City–Mandaluyong–Pasig corridor. Currently, the company's nationwide portfolio spans 35 office buildings across 13 highly urbanized cities, offering over 900,000 square meters of gross leasable area (GLA) and supporting the Company’s vision of becoming the country's leading office developer. By 2030, Robinsons Land's 50th Anniversary, the GLA across this strategic area will reach close to 1 million square meters with the addition of Bridgetowne One and other office developments.

Bridgetowne One officially breaks ground, marking Robinsons Offices' next milestone in expanding one of Metro Manila's fastest-growing business destinations.

The groundbreaking comes amid strong leasing momentum for Robinsons Offices. In the second and third quarter of 2026, Robinsons Offices signed a lease for four floors totaling 9,800 square meters with KMC Solutions at GBF Center 1, led office transaction volumes among developers, and recorded the country's largest office transaction through The Jewel, a premium development now rising in the heart of Mandaluyong City. These milestones underscore sustained demand for premium office space across the portfolio, reflecting companies' continued preference for high-quality, well-connected workplaces that support growth, talent attraction, and operational efficiency.

"Breaking ground means more than the start of construction. It is a statement of confidence in Bridgetowne, in the Philippine office market, and in the businesses that will choose to grow here in the years ahead," said Jericho P. Go, Senior Vice President and Business Unit General Manager of Robinsons Offices.

A Workplace Designed for Success

Bridgetowne One's location along John Gokongwei, Jr. Boulevard at the corner of West Drive places it near C-5 and Ortigas Avenue, offering convenient connections to Quezon City, Pasig, and other business centers. Within Bridgetowne, employees and visitors will also have access to retail, dining, residential, hospitality, and lifestyle amenities. This combination of workplaces and everyday conveniences helps create an attractive environment for companies and the people they employ. For tenants, the location also provides access to a deep talent pool across Quezon City, Pasig, Marikina, Rizal, Mandaluyong, and nearby growth centers while supporting a more integrated live-work-play-inspire experience for employees.

Artist’s Perspective. Set to rise at the heart of Bridgetowne, Bridgetowne One combines distinctive architecture, modern amenities, and strategic connectivity to create a future-ready workplace destination.

“The tower will feature 20 office floors, 1 ground floor, 1 basement parking, 8 podium parking floors, a garden deck, and a service deck. Upon arrival, tenants and visitors will be welcomed by an immersive lobby experience, complemented by thoughtfully designed seating areas that offer striking views of The Victor,” said JP Balboa, deputy general manager, Robinsons Offices. Mr. Balboa added that, at the top of the tower, a penthouse-level space with landscaped seating areas will provide panoramic views of Bridgetowne and the surrounding cityscape. Together with its modern amenities and strategic location within a master-planned estate, Bridgetowne One is designed to deliver a workplace experience that goes beyond the traditional office environment.

Sustainability is another important consideration shaping the development. Bridgetowne One is targeting LEED Gold certification, in line with the growing demand for environmentally responsible workplaces. As sustainability becomes an increasingly important factor in corporate real estate decisions, the development is designed to help occupiers align workplace requirements with broader environmental objectives while maintaining the accessibility and convenience of a master-planned mixed-use estate. Qualified locators within Bridgetowne IT Park may also avail themselves of Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) incentives.

The building's distinctive architecture draws inspiration from The Victor, Bridgetowne's iconic landmark, depicting a moment of triumph. More than serving as a visual reference, the development carries forward the story behind the estate's defining symbol. As The Victor charges across the finish line, the estate's landmark bridge can be seen as the ribbon marking that decisive moment of achievement. Beyond the finish line awaits the ultimate reward: Bridgetowne One, envisioned as the trophy earned through perseverance, ambition, and excellence.

Echoing the silhouette of a trophy, the tower's design reinterprets its cup, handles, plate, and pedestal, while architectural fins on the façade evoke laurel leaves, traditional symbols of victory, honor, and perseverance. Beyond its architectural expression, the design reflects Robinsons Offices' vision of creating workplaces where business growth, innovation, and long-term success can take shape.

“Bridgetowne One takes its inspiration from a symbol of victory, but its real promise lies in what companies can accomplish here,” said Go. “We envision a workplace where businesses can attract strong local talent, pursue new ideas, and grow, supported by the connectivity, conveniences, and commitment to sustainability that companies increasingly look for.”

Through its continued expansion in Bridgetowne, Robinsons Offices is growing its capacity to support multinational corporations, IT-BPM firms, and other occupiers seeking high-quality office space in strategic locations. As Bridgetowne continues to evolve into a mixed-use business district, Bridgetowne One represents another step in strengthening the estate's role as a center for investment, employment, and economic activity in Metro Manila. While The Victor celebrates a worthy, hard-won achievement, Bridgetowne One looks to the triumphs still to come, shaped by the dreams of those who will work within its spaces and the possibilities they will bring to life.
