Social Security System, the country’s state-run social insurance program, has now grown to 38 million members nationwide. Along with its growth comes the challenge of providing these members strategically located venues for its daily transactions. This challenge of limited office spaces is addressed through Robinsons Malls Lingkod Pinoy Center and SSS partnership, where several SSS branch offices operate within Robinsons Malls making it convenient and accessible to the public. The most recent addition is the new and spacious Robinsons Galleria Branch located at the lower level of Robinsons Galleria and operates Monday to Friday from 10 AM – 6PM.

Due to its ideal location, the spacious 400-square meter SSS Ortigas branch inside Robinsons Galleria, is able to serve and address members from three first-class highly urbanized cities – Quezon City, Pasig and Manadaluyong. Its daily transaction hits an average of 1,700 and offers various services such as issuance of SSSnumber; issuance of ID number; status verification; membership contribution; loan benefits; and issuance of UMID. To date, this branch serves more than 1,300 employers and 15,000 employees.

Robinsons Malls Lingkod Pinoy Center is one of Robinsons Land’s public service program and the country’s first one-stop-shop of government agencies. To date, there are (34) SSS service offices located inside Lingkod Pinoy Centers and (3) SSS branch offices within Robinsons Malls nationwide: SSS Ortigas, SSS Novaliches branch located at the ground floor of Robinsons Novaliches and SSS Cebu- NRA Branch located at level three, Robinsons Galleria Cebu. Opening soon are three more branch offices in major cities where Robinsons Malls are situated- Tuguegarao in Cagayan; Valencia in Bukidnon; and San Pedro, Laguna.
