Standard check-in and check-out times for your accommodations won’t constrain your travel plans anymore, thanks to GO24/7. This new service lets you choose which time to check in, allowing you to have flexible arrivals in order to maximize your itinerary and the day rate you paid for your room. Just make reservations 72 hours prior to your stay and Go Hotels will make sure that your room is ready upon your arrival.

GO24/7 will be initially available in 7 Go Hotels properties, namely Dumaguete, Iloilo, Lanang-Davao, Mandaluyong, Otis-Manila, Puerto Princesa, and Tacloban. One can take advantage of this offer via e-mail bookings, direct calls, and the Go Hotels booking engine. Twenty Robinsons Hotels and Resorts properties are likewise in the pipeline.

For the planners out there who are always on the lookout for bang-for-the-buck deals, GO365 is here! With GO365, you can book your stay in advance—from at least 15 days prior to your chosen dates to a maximum of 365 days on the website—and secure the rate from the day of booking. “This way, you get to avail 10% savings on the best available rate without having to worry about not being able to book rooms and to take advantage of discounts or special offers at the time of booking,” says Joy de Mesa, Robinsons Hotels and Resorts Group Director of Sales and Marketing. This offer will be available across Go Hotels, Go Hotels Plus, Summit Hotels, and Grand Summit. Both GO24/7 and GO365 will be rolled out on 3.2.23 (March 2, 2023).

Completing the new set of services is GO ONLINE, which will make your transactions—whether for online booking and voucher purchase—easier and more convenient. While Robinsons Hotels and Resorts has yet to provide more details about this upcoming service, here’s a hint: You don’t need to do a lot; as they say, “PM is the key.” “All in all, these new services will make booking your stays easier, alongside the convenience of booking that the RHR APP already provides,” de Mesa adds.
