Dividends
The Board of Directors of the Company approved on May 13, 2020 the declaration of cash dividends in the amount of FIFTY CENTAVOS (₱0.50) per share, to be paid twice in the amount of TWENTY FIVE CENTAVOS (₱0.25) per payment date, from the unrestricted retained earnings of the Corporation as of December 31, 2019, to all stockholders of record as of June 10, 2020 and October 1, 2020 and paid on July 7, 2020 and October 27, 2020, respectively.
