To date, RLX has completed seven (7) warehouse projects while its eighth warehouse will be available for lease in 2023. Towards the end of 2022, it commenced construction for its ninth and tenth warehouse complexes in the city of Calamba, Laguna. With the addition of these new facilities, RLX is expected to further cement its presence in key strategic locations nationwide. As of December 2022, all RLX projects are either fully leased out or committed to tenants.

As a testament to the Company’s commitment to quality and excellence, RLX was recognized in the 2022 Philippine Property Awards for its 30-hectare Montclair Industrial Park in Pampanga. The industrial park is envisioned to be a world-class area of 1 to 2-hectare plots per lot for industrial use.

In 2023, the Company is slated to complete a Grade-A warehouse facility in Taytay, Rizal, which will be equipped with high-quality, above-standard specifications. It will be well-positioned to accommodate the critical requirements of today’s businesses and enable optimized operations for its customers.
