In 2022, Bridgetowne hosted a multitude of events to attract different communities, building awareness and cementing its reputation as a destination for winners and champions. Strategic partnerships were likewise forged with various passion groups and communities to build lifestyle and wellness attractions and international events. These include the opening of the Bridgetowne Obstacle Park, the world’s biggest permanent obstacle facility in partnership with the Pilipinas Obstacle Sports Federation; the first World Ninja Cup and Spartan Community Workouts for Obstacle Course Racing and fitness enthusiasts; Run Fur Life Pet Run in partnership with the Animal Kingdom Foundation; and The Bridgetowne Ride Academi, a riding school in partnership with one of the country’s biggest motorcycle riding community of advocates for safe and responsible riding. In 2023, the estate is set to open the country’s first FIFA-preferred Football Field and Premier Sports Lounge.
Furthermore, Bridgetowne’s East side (Pasig City) and its main thoroughfare, Bridgetowne Boulevard, were finally opened to motorists, bikers, and pedestrians, providing them direct access to the West side (Quezon City). In 2022, Montclair continued to achieve significant progress with its land development.
