In 2022, Bridgetowne hosted a multitude of events to attract different communities, building awareness and cementing its reputation as a destination for winners and champions. Strategic partnerships were likewise forged with various passion groups and communities to build lifestyle and wellness attractions and international events. These include the opening of the Bridgetowne Obstacle Park, the world’s biggest permanent obstacle facility in partnership with the Pilipinas Obstacle Sports Federation; the first World Ninja Cup and Spartan Community Workouts for Obstacle Course Racing and fitness enthusiasts; Run Fur Life Pet Run in partnership with the Animal Kingdom Foundation; and The Bridgetowne Ride Academi, a riding school in partnership with one of the country’s biggest motorcycle riding community of advocates for safe and responsible riding. In 2023, the estate is set to open the country’s first FIFA-preferred Football Field and Premier Sports Lounge.
Furthermore, Bridgetowne’s East side (Pasig City) and its main thoroughfare, Bridgetowne Boulevard, were finally opened to motorists, bikers, and pedestrians, providing them direct access to the West side (Quezon City). This is in line with the estate’s commitment to enhance urban mobility, connectivity, and convenience through infrastructure.
To cap off 2022, Bridgetowne Destination Estate garnered industry recognition from PropertyGuru Philippines. It was named Best Township Development and awarded the Best Township Masterplan Design.
As Bridgetowne opens its gates to the public, it is slated to launch more groundbreaking developments, including Robinsons Land’s first upscale shopping mall, a five-star hotel, and premium residential condominiums, as well as activations that will make Bridgetowne the most exciting destination in the metro.
Sierra Valley – The Suburban Community
Sierra Valley is an 18-hectare Destination Estate strategically located a few minutes from the Ortigas Central Business District, and between the municipalities of Cainta and Taytay, Rizal. Envisioned to be a vibrant community that would serve as the eastern gateway to Metro Manila, Sierra Valley is a destination that welcomes you to a life that puts you first.

In addition to this, Sierra Valley Gardens, a sprawling residential area within Sierra Valley, recorded a strong pre-selling performance, which led to the construction of a new condominium tower.
Sierra Valley finished 2022 strong with multiple community activities and events such as the first-ever Christmas night market and food fair. Flooding the estate grounds with festive energy during the events, it was a great sign of more things to come in the destination estate.
In 2023, the estate is set to introduce new and exciting food and retail brands to add to its roster of dynamic lifestyle offerings. It will also welcome the groundbreaking of Robinsons Land’s newest warehouse and logistics facility, RLX Sierra Taytay.
Montclair – The Global Gateway
Montclair, a mere 5-minute car ride from the Clark Freeport Zone, is Robinsons Land’s biggest development yet in terms of geographical footprint. It is envisioned to be an economic driver for Central Luzon with its dynamic mix of vibrant commercial areas, residential communities, office buildings, a logistics and industrial hub, hotels and entertainment establishments, and green open spaces. This master-planned destination estate is designed to be a sustainable ecosystem in Pampanga.
In 2022, Montclair continued to achieve significant progress with its land development. The roads, ramps, bridges, and its very own Montclair Interchange, which connects to SCTEX, will soon be accessible. Lifestyle and wellness activities are also in the pipeline.
