Robinsons Hotels & Resorts (RHR) welcomes travelers to experience authentic Filipino warmth and service in its well-loved properties. The Company owns 29 hotels and resorts, including 4 franchised Go Hotel properties, with a system-wide total of over 4,400 keys. Spread across the most sought-after metropolitan and urban addresses, its multi-branded hospitality portfolio consists of luxury hotels and resorts, upscale deluxe hotels, boutique city hotels, and essential service value hotels.

Luxury Hotels and Resorts

RLC bolsters its presence in the luxury property category with the opening of Fili, the Philippines’ first homegrown five-star hospitality brand. Landmarked in the world-class NUSTAR Resort in the Queen City of the South, Fili Hotel brings together the finest hotel offerings and the distinct warmth of Filipino service. The property features contemporary Filipino designs with thoughtfully appointed rooms and suites that exude modern elegance, and feature stunning views of the sea, mountain, and city skylines. This experience of grandeur is complemented by delectable dining options that serve the best of both local specialties and international favorites.

Another remarkable destination in the province is Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu, RLC’s first foray into the luxury resort niche. The world-class development sits on the northern tip of the Punta Engaňo Peninsula and is easily accessible from the Mactan-Cebu International Airport. It boasts stunning views, stylish rooms and suites, elegant Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) facilities, and luxurious amenities. Managed by Dusit Thani International, the haven by the ocean offers a selection of 272 hotel rooms across three towers. Every stay is made even more memorable by its five-star guest service and an array of innovative dining selections.

Upscale Deluxe Hotels

Meanwhile, comprising the upscale deluxe hotels category are Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, Holiday Inn Galleria, and Grand Summit Gensan.

Located in the bustling central business district of Ortigas, Crowne Plaza, and Holiday Inn hotels are key hospitality players at the heart of the Metro. The upscale Crowne Plaza houses one of the largest meeting and convention facilities in Manila, with over 2,900 sqm of banquet space spread across 20 meeting rooms while the midscale, full-service Holiday Inn features on-site business centers. With a combined total of 553 guestrooms and premier dining options, these two international-branded hotels offer superior comfort and convenience, enabling guests to be well-rested and ready for productive stays.

On the other hand, Grand Summit GenSan is RLC’s first property under its homegrown, upscale deluxe brand, Grand Summit Hotel. Situated at the heart of General Santos City, Grand Summit GenSan elevates Filipino hospitality through an exquisite balance of comfort and style. It has over 100 carefully-appointed rooms designed with world-class facilities and premium amenities. With multiple function rooms and a ballroom that can accommodate up to 700 guests, Grand Summit GenSan is also an ideal venue for business meetings, exhibitions, social gatherings, and other events. Guests can likewise look forward to a variety of local and international cuisines at the hotel’s very own all-day dining restaurant, Café Summit.

Boutique City Hotels

Under the boutique city hotels category, Summit Hotels and Resorts caters to contemporary business and leisure travelers. It offers an elevated guest experience through its expansive MICE facilities, modern gym and pool facilities, and full-service restaurants. With its personable brand of service and energetic vibe with a touch of Filipino care, Summit Hotels and Resorts promises enriching moments with every stay.

Essential Service Value Hotels

Fresh, friendly, and youthful, Go Hotels is the Philippines' largest chain in the budget hotel sector, with franchised and corporate-owned properties. It is recognized as the first mover in creating the innovative "book early, pay less" option for guests. In 2022, RHR introduced Go Hotels Plus, an enhanced essential value brand that features a refreshing look and showcases upgraded amenities while still maintaining its signature affordable rate.

Poised for Strong Rebound

With the permanent easing of mobility restrictions in early 2022, the local tourism industry started to move towards normalcy. As a result, RHR was able to transition from quarantine bookings to leisure and business accommodations.

Encouraged by the anticipated strong recovery of the tourism industry, RHR opened four (4) new hotels in strategic locations – Fili Hotel in NUSTAR, Summit Hotel Naga, Go Hotel Plus Naga, and Go Hotel Plus Tuguegarao – and unveiled its upgraded facilities in existing properties.

RHR’s Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, and Dusit Thani hotels underwent major upgrades in line with the Company’s thrust of maintaining world-class standards. These include the refresh of guest room designs, hotel lobbies, and function rooms, and upgrade of equipment.

In addition, the Company also invested in digitalization and successfully launched its own mobile app for guest bookings.

Future Developments

Robinsons Hotels & Resorts has emerged from the pandemic with a more compelling brand value for its patrons and stakeholders. As a testament to its growth, RHR was awarded “Highly Commended for Best Operational Hospitality Portfolio” in the 10th PropertyGuru Philippine Property Awards.

In 2023, RHR will conquer new milestones with the much-anticipated opening of The Westin Sonata Place Hotel in the Ortigas Central Business District, the addition of more amenities and food establishments in NUSTAR Resort, and the completion of rooms for Go Hotels Plus Tuguegarao.
