2022 was another record-breaking year for RLC Residences as it generated its highest sales yet. Guided by its brand promise to Raise, Live, and Connect, the residential arm of Robinsons Land Corporation achieved significant milestones through successful product launches and fruitful partnerships.
RLC Residences continued to expand its portfolio of high-quality real estate developments with four (4) new projects, namely, Woodsville Crest Pine, AmiSa Private Residences Tower D, Sierra Valley Gardens 3, and SYNC-N Tower.
Launched in February 2022, Woodsville Crest Pine is designed to cater to young professionals and growing families seeking to live a comfortable life in the South. The property prides itself in its verdant landscapes, open spaces, and energizing outdoor amenities that offer residents a haven for relaxation.
AmiSa Private Residences Tower D is the fourth tower of the resort-inspired residential development in Cebu. The new building highlights generously sized units with balcony options and additional amenities, including The Sky Deck where residents can revel in the relaxing view of the sea. Units are equipped with smart home features for modern comfort and added security. These include digital devices in the form of audio-video intercoms, smart locks, smart lights, mesh gateway, and smart control panels. To allow future residents to envision their ultimate vacation home, RLC Residences introduced the The Pop-up Booth, showcasing an actual one-bedroom unit of the project. In addition to paradise living in AmiSa, residents are also given access to benefits, perks, and the use of amenities at the Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu, a world class, five-star hotel beside the property.
Sierra Valley Gardens’ building 3 similarly offers well-spaced units with balcony options and equipped with smart home features, a work-from-home nook, and other modern upgrades. Tucked within the Sierra Valley complex, an 18-hectare mixed-use development in Cainta, Rizal, it offers the convenience of being near essential establishments and urban amenities. To highlight these features and create massive awareness on the project, RLC Residences forged a collaboration with its brand ambassador, Maja Salvador, and several content creators for a TikTok dance challenge, which garnered a total of 10 million online views.
Before the end of 2022, RLC Residences unveiled SYNC N-Tower. Through an integrated campaign, a newly-revamped showroom, and a partnership with a millennial financial consultant for home investment tips, the Company successfully sold these bigger cut units faster than SYNC’s previous towers.
Coming off its massive rebranding campaign in the past two years, RLC Residences focused on highlighting the notable features of its properties that cater to customer needs and preferences. These include efficient use of space, high ceilings, beautiful and elegant lobbies, hyper-sized amenities, and strategic location – all contributing to the fulfilment of its brand promise to Raise, Live, and Connect. Bannering this effort is RLC Residences’ Love Marie Designs – a series of collaborations with its brand ambassador, Heart Evangelista, showcasing how RLC Residences enables Filipinos to live their best lives.
In its first instalment in May 2022, Heart Evangelista designed her own condominium unit in The Sapphire Bloc. The collaboration featured RLC spaces as the perfect canvas for homeowners to design their living spaces and build a beautiful life. Five months later, simultaneous to her contract renewal, Heart revealed the special scented home candles she helped curate with RLC Residences. These elegant home scents will form part of the Welcome Home gift for soon-to-be homeowners.
Highlights from both collaborations are available on the official YouTube channels of RLC Residences and Heart Evangelista. As of January 2023, these videos have amassed a combined online viewership of more than 1 million, effectively boosting brand awareness and engagement.
RLC Residences and its roster of developments amassed a total of 22 local and international recognitions from Asia Pacific Property Awards, DOT Property Awards, The Outlook 2022: Philippine Real Estate Awards, Global Brands Awards, and Marketing Excellence Awards Philippines.
The Sapphire Bloc, Sierra Valley Gardens, Woodsville Crest, and AmiSa Private Residences received multiple awards, including Best Condominium Architectural Design, Best Sustainable Residential Development, Best Smart Development, and Best Premium Condo of the Year (Visayas and Mindanao), respectively. AmiSa Private Residences was also named People’s Choice Project of the Year.

High-impact campaigns and marketing initiatives were also cited with Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards in Brand Awareness, Launch/Relaunch Campaign, Marketing Transformation, Out-of-Home, and TV/Video Advertising categories. In recognition of the dedicated people behind these successful campaigns, the RLC Residences Marketing Team was named Marketing Team of the Year, while Karen Cesario, Marketing Head and Chief Integration Officer, bagged the Silver Trophy for Marketing Leader of the Year.

The rapid takeup of Springdale Angono I and II in Rizal during the pandemic was a strong indication of the demand for immediately livable homes in decongested suburban locations. Because of this, Robinsons Homes opened additional houses for Grand Tierra in Tarlac and Springdale Baliwag in Bulacan.
In addition, the Company is slated to launch two (2) new projects in the cities of Batangas and Tagum, featuring three new designs – Atlanta, Boston, and Chicago – for 2-storey homes with carports. To cater to varying market requirements, Atlanta offers 2 bedrooms and a single bathroom, while Boston and Chicago are both designed with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The premium lot market also performed well with Forbes Estates Lipa and Brighton Bacolod leading the Company in sales in 2022. The strategy of developing products catering to an end-user market that prefers customization for their homes posed a tremendous opportunity for the company. Majority of the buyers chose the properties due to thier prime locations near everyday conveniences. Brighton Bacolod was particularly appealing to overseas buyers.
On top of high buyer demand and welcomed interest among brokers, Forbes Estates Lipa earned prestigious awards from the 2022 PropertyGuru Property Awards as Best Lifestyle Development and Best Health & Wellness Development in the Philippines. Encouraged by the early success and promise of Forbes Estates Lipa, RLC’s first foray into luxury horizontal real estate development, the Company is preparing to launch another upscale development in Cagayan de Oro.
Robinsons Homes continued to strengthen its digitalization efforts to create a seamless home buying experience, from property search to closing.
360-Degree Virtual Model Houses and Virtual Subdivision Tours were opened to enable potential buyers to visualize themselves in the unit and within the community. For buyers’ after-sales convenience, Robinsons Homes now offers several online payment options that facilitate efficient and timely collections. Furthermore, customer care operations have been streamlined to assist buyers in setting up their payment channels or addressing their post-purchase concerns.
