2018 was an eventful year for Robinsons Communities as important construction milestones, project launches and recognitions for the brand and the company, took center stage.

In the second quarter, the first concrete was poured at Acacia Escalades Tower B, and civil construction works were topped-off at Axis Residences Tower B.

Robinsons Communities introduced two projects to the market in 2018, namely Aurora Escalades in Cubao, Quezon City and Gateway Regency STUDIOS, in Pioneer, Mandaluyong City. Launched in March and November respectively, both projects delivered outstanding sales for the brand because of their innovative concepts.

Capping-off the year was the award from Dot Property Philippines naming Robinsons Land Corporation as the best developer in the country for the second year in a row, this time specifically recognizing the company’s efforts in the affordable condominium segment or the projects it develops under the Robinsons Communities brand. Before 2018 came to a close, Dot Property South East Asia also gave distinction to Robinsons Land as best residential developer in the Southeast Asian region.

With the year ending on a positive note for Robinsons Communities, the brand shall remain focused on creating high-quality and award-winning developments that are not only within reach of young professionals and start-up families, but also responsive to the ever-changing needs of its customers both here and abroad.
