With the growing logistics industry in the country, RLC launched RLX Logistics & Facilities to capitalize on the increasing needs for industrial estates. It opened its first RLX Warehouse in Sucat, Muntinlupa City, last 2018 with 33,000 sq.m. of leasable space. The second RLX Warehouse started its operation in 2019 with a leasable area of 35,000 in Calamba City. RLX plans to build industrial and logistic centers all over the country where there is demand.
