Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) is proud to announce its latest major project, the Bonifacio Capital District, a prestigious mixed-use development in Taguig City. To be undertaken in partnership with the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), this landmark project promises to elevate urban living in Metro Manila, combining residential, commercial, office, hotel, and recreational spaces into one seamless, sustainable, and thriving community.

“Robinsons Land is committed to doing our part in nation building as we create sustainable, innovative, and dynamic spaces that enhance the quality of life for the communities we serve. The Bonifacio Capital District project embodies this aspiration, and we are excited to contribute to the growth and development of this vibrant area,” RLC Senior Vice-President and BU General Manager Mybelle V. Aragon-GoBio shared.

Rising on a prime 61,761-square meter property in Taguig City, the Bonifacio Capital District will be carefully master-planned to create a vibrant, dynamic, yet environmentally-friendly destination estate, consistent with Robinsons Land’s commitment to sustainability and the well- being of both current and future generations.

Aligned with RLC’s longstanding thrust for sustainability, the entire development will incorporate smart technology and sustainability solutions, including energy-saving features, passive cooling architecture, and state-of-the-art Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. Vital utilities, such as power, internet, and communications lines, will be located underground to preserve the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the area.

A next-door neighbor to the New Senate Building now under construction, RLC’s Bonifacio Capital District is ideally positioned near major thoroughfares (Lawton Avenue, Chino Roces Extension, and the South Luzon Expressway), schools, hospitals, and commercial centers.

In addition, the development will be in the immediate of the Lawton station for the Department of Transportation’s Metro Manila Subway Project, the proposed 33-kilometer underground railway that will enhance connectivity between East Valenzuela in the north to Bicutan in the south, making it easier for residents, lessors, and employees to navigate the city and the rest of Metro Manila.

Bordering the northern perimeter of the property (perpendicular to Chino Roces Avenue Extension) will be the planned Bonifacio South Main Boulevard, another major infrastructure project that promises to further improve access to other key areas in Taguig, including Bonifacio Global City, thereby easing traffic congestion and providing the motoring public with much- needed alternative routes.

Robinsons Land brings its proven track record in the real estate industry to this joint venture with the BCDA. Since its incorporation in 1980, RLC has built a stellar reputation in the country’s residential, commercial, and retail real estate development arena. In more recent years, the company has strengthened its portfolio of premium mixed-use developments, including Bridgetowne Destination Estate in Pasig and Quezon City; Sierra Valley Gardens in Cainta, Rizal; and Montclair Destination Estate in Porac, Pampanga – all high-quality, innovative projects that have set new benchmarks for the industry.

The Bonifacio Capital District is set to continue the “Live, Work, Play, Inspire” mantra of RLC’s current destination estates, creating a holistic environment where everyone can thrive. Closely adhering to the "15-minute cities" concept, those who live, work, play or seek inspiration in the development will have everything they need or desire within a short – preferably walking – distance. The project will house residential units, commercial spaces, office buildings, hotels, parks and open spaces, and other recreational facilities, providing a seamless blend of modern living and unparalleled convenience.

RLC’s commitment to creating world-class developments that contribute to the nation's growth is unwavering and through its partnership with the Bases Conversion and Development Authority, it sets another milestone. The BCDA, which is dedicated to strengthening the Armed Forces of the Philippines while building great cities, plays a crucial role in this project. Through public-private partnerships, BCDA drives vital public infrastructure, including tollways, airports, seaports, and major real estate developments, creating economic opportunities and fostering vibrant communities across the country.

Working together on the Bonifacio Capital District, RLC and BCDA are all set to dramatically transform the City of Taguig, raising the bar for purposeful, sustainable, and innovative urban living yet again.

"This landmark project is part of the BCDA's initiative to create sustainable communities for businesses, residents and commuters, while also maximizing our assets' economic potential. With the help of RLC, we hope to create a model development for areas surrounding subway and railway stations to be developed within the BCDA's economic zones and properties," stated BCDA President and Chief Executive Officer Joshua M. Bingcang.
