Students from Silliman University will be presenting their delicious and creative snacks that can surely delight any foodies’ taste buds in the annual Entrep Corner exhibit from August 12 till September 6 in Robinsons Place Dumaguete. Composed of Entrepreneurship students, this activity will enable them to experience a month long retail experience in a Robinsons Mall where they can develop and hone their entrepreneurial and marketing skills. For this year’s entrep corner, 5 student companies with their own specially-crafted products are ready to satisfy the cravings of food enthusiasts. One of the shops to go to is Crazy Cone Inc. with their original Savor Twist, a cone shaped bread filled with Cheese Macaroni, Tuna and Hawaiian flavors. Foodies will also like Jam’s Company and their deep fried empanada-like-dough infused with different fillings. The Adobita Company put an exciting Mexican twist to the famous adobo flakes with their Adobitas, a combination of the Mexican taco and adobo flakes served on a soft-shell tortillas. Other food stalls to go to include the Cutz Company and their Oppaburrito, a delicious wrap with Asian and Mexican flavors and the Bun Appetit Company who will present cute and colorful burgers called Insliders with 3 flavors such as Barbeque Pulled Pork, Buffalo Chicken and Savory Tuna. Robinsons Malls Entrep Corner is a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project that provides college students, taking up Entrepreneurship or a business-related course invaluable retail experience in a Robinsons Mall.
