The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) continues its long-standing partnership with Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) as 13 Robinsons Malls nationwide, covering 152 polling precincts, are officially designated as Mall Voting Precincts (MVPs).

RLC derives its revenues from real estate operations and hotel operations.

RLC is one of the Philippines’ leading real estate developers in terms of revenues, number of projects and total project size. It is engaged in the construction and operation of lifestyle commercial centers, offices, hotels and industrial facilities; and the development of mixed-use properties, residential buildings, as well as land and residential housing developments, including socialized housing projects located in key cities and other urban areas nationwide.

The 30.6-hectare township features a 200-meter bridge connecting the two cities, with four vehicles, a 1-meter-wide lane for bikes, and a 1.5-meter-wide lane for pedestrians.

“More than linking the two cities on which the estate will rise, the bridge will allow people to conveniently enjoy the best that Quezon City and Pasig can offer,” said Robinsons Land President and CEO Frederick D. Go as the bridge was formally unveiled to the public on September 5, 2019.

Sierra Valley is an 18-hectare integrated project in the municipality of Taytay and Cainta. The ground-breaking of the anchor store and site works was held in 2018 to launch the development of Sierra Valley. It solidifies the commitment of RLC to make Sierra Valley the new eastern gateway to Metro Manila.
