With the ubiquity of food establishments these days, it’s amazing how food stalls still keep cropping up everywhere. Truly, the Philippines has no short supply of gastronomic creativity, even from the young ones.  On February 10, 24 equally driven and inspired student-companies from St. Paul University – Quezon City will showcase their flagship products to the public in the #EntrePaulinianCorner2016 exhibit to be held in Robinsons Magnolia located along Aurora Boulevard in Kaunlaran, Quezon City.

Composed of Marketing and Entrepreneurship students, this will be the 6th batch of students to take part in SPUQC’s partnership with Robinsons Malls Entrep Corner—an initiative of Robinsons Land Corporation that has been a launch pad for carefully-screened, student-owned startups from colleges and universities such as Silliman University, De La Salle University – Dasmariñas, De La Salle Lipa, Mapua Institute of Technology to mention a few.

Catering mainly to niche markets, organic, gourmet and healthy seem to be the underlying themes of St. Paul’s University’s students’ bazaar; Variolicious and Zen burger bring their A-game with their versions of fresh, organic burgers while Burger Queen 2.0 purvey flavorful vegetarian burgers made of eggplant and banana blossom. A feast for the senses await foodies as the exhibit overflows with curious desserts: malunggay-sprinkled waffles, dessert biscuits infused with turmeric powder, kalamansi cupcakes, herb and chili-flavored cheesecakes, “chocolate rocks”, pizza muffins, oatmeal balls and wine-laden no-bake cakes.
