Robinsons Malls celebrates Grandparents Day with a series of mini concerts featuring the Manila Sound Project composed Sonny Parsons of Hagibis, female rock icon Sampaguita, Male Rigor of VST and Company, Bob Guzman & Gary Ariola of The Boyfriends. Concert series will kick off on September 10 at Robinsons Place Manila’s Midtown Atrium, then on September 11 at Robinsons Galleria, on September at Robinsons Magnolia’s Atrium and finally on September 13 at Robinsons Metroeast. Shows will be held at 5pm and registration is free.


The group will also be performing solo acts, singing their greatest hits. Hits like Hagibis’ Nanggigil Kami, The Boyfriends’ Sumayaw Sumunod and VST & Company’s Tayo Magsayawan will be included in their repertoire.


Revival sounds of the 60s and 70s will be performed by live bands in Robinsons Place Imus, Robinsons Place Dasmarinas, Robinsons Sta. Rosa and Robinsons Los Banos. Free coffee and mementos await Lolos and Lolas from September 13, Sunday at 10:am to 5pm. Registration is free.
