Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), one of the leading property developers in the Philippines, has acquired a property through public bidding in Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur.

RLC plans to construct a shopping mall to service the growing needs the City and its surrounding communities and barangays.

Pagadian City known as the “Little Hong Kong of the South” for its mountainous terrain, is the capital of the province of Zamboanga del Sur and the regional center of Zamboanga Peninsula.

RLC, represented by President and CEO Frederick D. Go, and the Local Government of Pagadian City, represented by Pagadian City Mayor Samuel S. Co, have recently signed the contract awarding the property to RLC held in Xin Tian Di, Crowne Plaza Hotel.
