Robinsons Homes is bringing another tropical living proposition to Hanalei Heights, its much sought after horizontal development in Ilocos Norte with the launching of its multi-purpose clubhouse aptly named Ohana which means “family” in Hawaii.    To formally introduce the newest community facility, Robinsons Homes Marketing Team, together with homeowners and prospective buyers attended a formal blessing and ribbon cutting rites.    Among those present were Robinsons Homes’ Mr. Ariel Cardaño, Head of Planning Department, Ms. Rizchelle Bismonte, Branch Head for Laoag, Mr. Luigi Prieto, Head of Sales and Marketing, Ms. Joan Vergara, Head of Sales Recruitment and Training and leading officials and staff.  The blessing was officiated by Rev. Father Leobardo Lorenzo. Ohana, an 856 sqm clubhouse, was suited by Robinsons Homes to be an ideal venue for big family gatherings, intimate bonding with friends and for recreational activities.   Adding to the tropical feel of Ohana are its resort-type outdoor amenities to include a swimming pool, pocket parks and play ground, an activity court and jogging path.  Special events can be held at the function room which is located within the Clubhouse. Hanalei Heights is located in Barangay Balacad, Laoag City in Ilocos Norte.  This horizontal development   is a joint venture project of Robinsons Homes with North Broadway Realty Corporation & Five Sisters Trading Ventures Corporation.
