Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) Signs MOA with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)

Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) thru its Robinsons Malls Lingkod Pinoy Center (RMLPC), recently signed a memorandum of agreement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to open its satellite office in Robinsons Galleria’s 4th floor, West Wing area.

This SEC satellite office will offer services to include corporate and partnership name verification/ reservation; pre-processing of registration application of corporation/s and partnership/s; pre-processing of applications for amendments; monitoring of corporate compliance with reportorial requirements; receiving of reportorial requirements. This Office will operate daily, Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6pm.

Robinsons Malls is the first and only shopping mall chain that offers government-related services that are housed in one, self-contained facility – Robinsons Malls Lingkod Pinoy Center. Several government agencies including, DFA, NBI, Pag-ibig, SSS GSIS, PhilPost, DOT, POEA, LTO, LRA, OWWA, TESDA, Bureau of Immigration and DTI SB Corp are currently located and operating inside Robinsons Malls' Lingkod Pinoy Centers nationwide.
