Robinsons Land Corporation has earned two Gold awards at the 2026 FIABCI Philippines Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards, with Sierra Valley Gardens by RLC Residences winning the highest award under the Residential High-Rise category and The Victor by Robinsons Destination Estates recognized under the Specialized/Purpose-Built category.
The awards were recently presented during the FIABCI Philippines Awards Gala Night attended by the county’s leading property developers.
Organized by FIABCI-Philippines, the local chapter of the International Real Estate Federation, the Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards recognize outstanding developments for excellence across key aspects of real estate development. Robinsons Land’s winning entries, submitted under the Residential High-Rise and Specialized/Purpose-Built categories, were evaluated based on design quality, development execution, market performance, and environmental impact.
The two Gold-winning entries show how these standards can be reflected in both residential development and destination-building.
Sierra Valley Gardens is a multi-building residential development in Cainta, Rizal, designed for homeowners seeking comfort, convenience, and a more connected suburban lifestyle. As Gold winners, Sierra Valley Gardens and The Victor are now also eligible for endorsement to the upcoming FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards, giving Robinsons Land the opportunity to represent and showcase Filipino excellence to global stage.
