Robinsons Land has formalized a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) for the development of a Senior Citizens' Park and Pet Park at Plaza Azul in Pandacan, Manila, reinforcing its commitment to creating inclusive and community-centered public spaces.

As part of the partnership, Robinsons Land provided park installations and specialized pet amenities designed to offer a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for senior citizens, pet owners, and their beloved fur companions. The enhanced park serves as a shared space where families, residents, and pet enthusiasts can gather, socialize, and engage in recreational activities that promote health and well-being.
