COMELEC REGISTRATION AT ROBINSONS MALLS LINGKOD PINOY CENTERS

Robinsons Malls is the first shopping mall chain to host registration and biometrics inside shopping malls. This was made possible by the partnership forged between Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) and the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) last August 2014.

“With 39 shopping malls nationwide, we are able to continuously provide public service and convenience to millions of Filipinos all over the Philippines,” states Frederick D. Go, president, Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC).

This partnership with Comelec invokes and encourages Filipinos to vote since Robinsons Malls are accessible and offers comfort and convenience to voters.

According to Comelec, this registration and biometric booths will be able to provide voters and non-voters information on their precinct, allow them to verify status of their registration for new voters and capture of biometric information for new and old voters.

There will be a series of voters registration at the following Robinsons Malls: Robinsons Magnolia on August 12 for residents of District 4; Robinsons Town Mall Malabon on August 23, 24 and September 20 for residents of Malabon City; Robinsons Place Antipolo on July 23, 24, 30 and 31 for the residents of Antipolo City; Robinsons Place Santiago on August 1 for the residents of Santiago City; Robinsons Place Angeles on July 26-31, August 16-17 and September 20-21 for the residents of Angeles City; Robinsons Place Malolos on July 29-31 for the residents of Malolos; Robinsons Place Lipa on August 12-15 for the residents of Lipa City; Robinsons Sta. Robinsons Malls Lingkod Pinoy Centers

“In 2011, we conceptualized and created Lingkod Pinoy Center with every Filipino in mind,” adds Mr. Go. Hence the final design of this facility now allows important government agencies to be housed under one area.
