Robinsons Malls, in partnership with the Philippine Franchise Association (PFA), facilitated employment opportunities for more than 1,600 job seekers through two job fairs held in Antipolo and Quezon City, reinforcing efforts to connect businesses with local talent and support economic growth within communities. 

The job fairs, conducted at Robinsons Antipolo and Robinsons Galleria, brought together 31 franchise brands and thousands of employment opportunities across various sectors, providing a platform for businesses to engage directly with local talent while making recruitment more accessible to surrounding communities.

In celebration of World Franchise Day, Robinsons Antipolo hosted the first job fair last June 25, attracting 1,277 registered applicants from first-time job seekers to experienced professionals. Of these, 275 were hired on the spot, while 988 qualified for further consideration, connecting job seekers directly with employment opportunities from participating franchise businesses. 

The initiative continued at Robinsons Galleria in August, where 386 applicants registered and met with participating employers. Nine applicants were hired on the spot, with other candidates referred for further consideration.
