SEC Opens Satellite Office in Robinsons Galleria

Present during the opening of the SEC satellite office in Robinsons Galleria were(from L-R): Robinsons Malls General Manager Ms. Arlene G. Magtibay, Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) President Mr. Frederick D. Go, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Chairperson Hon. Teresita J. Herbosa, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Undersecretary Hon. Nora K. Terrado and National Competitiveness Council Private Sector Director for Operations Mr. Ruy Moreno.
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) satellite office is now open at the 4th Level, West Wing of Robinsons Galleria, operating Mondays to Fridays, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. This satellite office will be providing the following services: name verification, pre-processing of Registration Applications, pre-processing of Applications for Amendments of Articles of Incorporation/ Bylaws and Articles of Partnership; monitoring and receiving of Reportorial Requirements. Robinsons Malls shoppers and customers will now have a convenient access to incorporate their businesses. Additional services will soon be available to include licensing of foreign corporations and insurance certification. Another SEC satellite office will also open in Robinsons Galleria Cebu.
