Robinsons Land Corporation in partnership with the Condominium Corporations developed by RLC held its very first turnover of toy and book from donation drive to He Cares Mission Foundation, Project 6, Quezon City, a non-profit organization founded by full time lay missionaries that helps less fortunate children in Metro Manila get shelter.
The initiative was spearheaded by RLC’s Residential Division General Manager and concurrent chairman of many of its Condominium Corporations, Arch. Henry L. Yap together with Corporate Social Responsibility Manager, Mr. Mike Torres. Unit owners and tenants of some of the condominium projects donated pre-loved toys, books, bags, and clothes. A total of 248 books collected, 100 pieces of toys and other items such as bags and clothes were given to the kids at the foundation.
He Cares Mission Foundation offers holistic development programs such as Back to God, Back to Health, Back to Home and Back to School. Their generosity extends to serving the families of street kids offering them programs like “Back to Work” which gives willing parents the opportunity to work for the betterment of their families by holding out livelihood workshops and seminars.
