Robinsons Malls has partnered with the Department of Health (DOH), Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Department of Information and Communications Technology (DITC) in implementing the VaxCertPh program, a portal for the issuance of coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) vaccination certificates to fully inoculated overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and Filipinos going abroad.
The VaxCertPH platform serves as the country’s unified vaccine certificate system under the DICT and Department of Health (DOH). The digital vaccine certificates complies with the digital guidelines issued by the World Health Organization (WHO). In addition, the VaxCertPh aims to represent the certificate holder’s vaccination status and to provide OFWs a vaccination certificate that will be recognized in foreign jurisdiction. VaxCertPh is accepted in all countries.
In a press statement, DOH secretary Francisco Duque III stressed the importance of the program, noting that a valid, secured and acceptable certificate even outside the country will spare OFWs and the general traveling public of problems when going abroad.
VaxCertPh booths are now open in Robinsons Place Imus, Cavite and in Forum Robinsons in Mandaluyong, to name a few. Both booths are located at the 3rd level, respectively.
Present during the launching of the VaxCertPH booth in Robinsons Place Imus were Imus City Mayor Emmanuel Maliksi (middle) and RLC Operations Director Myron Lawrence Yao (rightmost) together with the Members of the Sangguniang Panglungsod, Local Health Board and DILG.
